We’re hiring a Mid-Level Sales Executive to help grow BC4’s client base and revenue across the UK and Europe. You’ll lead new business engagements with sports clubs, retailers, and venue operators — selling high-impact solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, LS Central, and our own managed service products.
This is a consultative role, ideal for someone who understands ERP, SaaS, or managed services sales, and who thrives in fast-paced environments where every deal makes a visible impact.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across BC4’s verticals
Lead discovery sessions and shape proposals that address client pain points
Sell ERP, POS, and MSP solutions with a clear value proposition
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to commercial negotiation
Collaborate with pre-sales consultants to deliver tailored demos and scoping
Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
Represent BC4 at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases
Meet and exceed quarterly sales and activity targets.
We’re looking for a strong communicator with a commercial mindset and experience in B2B technology sales — ideally in ERP, SaaS, or retail tech.
You might be currently:
Selling ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions
Working in a managed services or IT consultancy environment
Engaged in sports, retail, or hospitality tech sales
Ready to take the next step into a more visible, strategic sales role

3+ years of B2B sales experience (ERP, SaaS, or IT services)
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
Experience in retail or sports technology sectors is a strong plus
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
UK-based with the right to work and flexibility to travel
This is a remote-first role, but will involve regular travel to client sites, events, and HQ meetings (typically London or Midlands). You will also be expected to attend industry conferences and support sales activity around key calendar events such as launches, go-lives, or showcases.
