From hands-on delivery to strategic scale-up—this is our journey so far.
 

 

2013–2014 | The First Step

Our founder delivered his first large-scale ERP project in a major stadium build, combining hands-on technical skill with the leadership required to get the job done. This was the spark—a realisation that high-pressure, complex environments needed more than just software—they needed partners who could lead.
 

 

2018–2020 | Laying Foundations

After years of consulting, the business was formalised to support enterprise clients with ERP and POS deployments. Early wins came through word of mouth and relationships, helping major retailers and venue operators modernise legacy systems while avoiding disruption to day-to-day operations.
 

 

2020–2021 | Rapid Growth During COVID

When the world paused, we ramped up. We led a struggling transformation programme, consolidating contract resources into a central delivery vehicle. Our revenue jumped tenfold almost overnight—but we kept our focus on delivery quality, not just volume.
 

 

2022 | Entering the Sports & Events Arena

We secured our first major international event project, which was quickly followed by golf, rugby, and global football engagements. Clients were under tight deadlines and complex compliance demands—we built the team, the tools, and the infrastructure to deliver on all fronts. This was the point we shifted from niche consultancy to full-service provider.
 

 

2023 | Expanding the Core Team

We hired the best functional and technical architects we’d ever worked with, bringing in deep domain knowledge in ERP, POS, and retail operations. These hires gave us the delivery muscle to match our growing client base. We opened our headquarters, built out our managed services capability, and doubled down on long-term client support.
 

 

2024 | Operationalising the Business

We moved from reactive delivery to structured scale-up. We began formalising everything in operations and commercial development: service structure, governance, HR, finance, and marketing. We invested in repeatable delivery models and long-term customer value.
 

 

2025 & Beyond | Built to Scale

Now a recognised delivery partner across sport and speciality retail, we are:

  • Scaling our service portfolio across Europe
  • Building a leadership team and operational framework to support long-term growth.
