BC4 was born from the KPSD delivery practice that kept stadium builds, megastores and large-scale ERP programmes on track. We were the partner on the ground making sure tills stayed live, stock reconciled and exec teams had answers.

COVID surge: consolidated dozens of contract teams, rescued failing programmes and launched omnichannel work for Selco and Loaf.

LIV Golf + French market expansion: supporting LIV retail operations while launching dedicated FR delivery (Sports + Retail hubs) to serve club, merchant and lifestyle brands across France.
