Sales Executive – ERP & Sports Retail

Own net-new revenue across sport, retail, and live events by selling Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, and BC4 managed services into ambitious brands.

Permanent · Full-time UK remote + travel across UK/EU £50k–£65k base + uncapped commission

What you’ll do

  • Build, qualify, and progress a healthy pipeline across priority verticals (sport, venue, specialty retail).
  • Run discovery sessions, quantify pain, and shape compelling proposals with pre-sales + delivery leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound to commercial negotiation and contracting.
  • Coordinate demos, site walks, and proof-of-value sessions with consultants and product teams.
  • Represent BC4 at showcases, Microsoft / LS Retail events, and partner activations.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of B2B tech sales (ERP, SaaS, retail tech, or managed services).
  • Confident talking to commercial, operations, and technical stakeholders up to C-level.
  • Structured approach to territory planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong presentation + storytelling skills with a bias for action.
  • Comfortable travelling to clients, matches, tournaments, and industry events.

What success looks like

  • Consistent 3x pipeline coverage and accurate 90-day forecasts.
  • Multi-year BC/LS/MSP deals closed with smooth handover to delivery.
  • Referenceable customers and expansion motions opened within 12 months.
  • Clear win/loss insights fed back into marketing and product.
  • Recognised internally as the go-to for sport & retail opportunity insight.

  • Dedicated pre-sales consultants, delivery leads, and exec sponsorship for complex pursuits.
  • Marketing development funds, partner programmes, and co-branded collateral.
  • Product + industry enablement across Microsoft, LS Retail, payments, and AI.
  • Modern GTM stack: HubSpot, Clay, Reachdesk, Loom, Gong recordings.
  • Playbooks for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell motions.

Package & extras

  • £50k–£65k base salary DOE.
  • Uncapped commission with six-figure OTE + £5k car allowance.
  • Quarterly accelerators for multi-entity or multi-solution wins.
