Partner with operations leads to map processes, configure Business Central / LS Central, and guide users through change across sport, retail, and venue programmes.

What you’ll do

Lead discovery and blueprint workshops across finance, supply chain, ticketing, and retail operations.
Document user journeys, data models, and configuration stories that power build squads.
Configure Business Central / LS Central modules, extensions, and Power Platform apps.
Plan and run testing, training, and readiness sessions that land adoption.
Measure outcomes post go-live and recommend iterative enhancements.

What you’ll bring

3+ years delivering ERP or retail transformations as a functional consultant or BA.
Deep understanding of finance + supply-chain processes (preferably Dynamics or LS Central).
Comfortable with Fit/Gap, user stories, config packs, and data migration oversight.
Strong facilitation + communication skills with exec and shop-floor stakeholders.
Appetite to learn AI tooling and automation that accelerates workshops + documentation.

What success looks like

Blueprints signed off quickly with minimal rework.
High user adoption scores and confident super-users post go-live.
Defects + change requests triaged efficiently with clear process ownership.
Opportunities for automation or productisation fed into the roadmap.
Repeat engagements or referrals from programme sponsors.
