Translate complex retail and venue operations into robust Business Central + LS Central solutions, from discovery through go-live and optimisation.

£60k–£80k base + profit share
What you’ll do
- Run technical discovery sessions and convert requirements into architecture, interface maps, and release plans.
- Design and build AL extensions, integration services, telemetry, and deployment pipelines (AL-Go/Azure DevOps).
- Prototype retail peripherals (POS, handhelds, kiosks) and ensure environments stay healthy across SDLC.
- Lead technical cutovers, performance tuning, and hypercare diagnostics.
- Document patterns so future projects benefit from accelerators and automation.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years shipping Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, or NAV solutions.
- Depth in AL, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, APIs, and data modelling.
- Understanding of CI/CD, source control, and environment management for BC.
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity about AI/automation and how it improves delivery.
What success looks like
- On-time, high-quality technical deliveries with zero Sev1 regressions.
- Meaningful automation or tooling uplift each quarter (build scripts, telemetry, docs).
- Knowledge captured in playbooks, templates, or reusable code packages.
- Positive PS/CSAT feedback from delivery managers and clients.
- Mentorship of associate engineers or apprentices.

- Cert budget + study time for Microsoft, LS Retail, or cloud exams.
